Evolving ways has conducted a wide range of projects with governments at all levels, non-government
organisations, and community organisations throughout Australia – and more recently in Afghanistan.
Our work seeks to strengthen the capacity of the organisations with which we work.
Our work incorporates evaluation, facilitation and strategic planning, as well as various research
and development activities. Our projects often incorporate processes across all these areas.
Each of our projects is led by one of our highly experienced senior consultants. They remain involved
in all stages of a project and immerse themselves in your organisation so as develop a thorough
knowledge. The senior consultant meets regularly with you to review progress.
